Authors’ Information

Full Paper Preparation and Submission
Full papers should include sufficient information for a clear presentation of the topic. Usually this can be achieved in 8-12 pages, including figures and tables.

Papers must be prepared and submitted according to the Paper Preparation and Submission Guidelines and using the Paper Preparation Template. Papers that do not conform to the Guidelines and Template will be returned to the author for reworking and resubmission.

The submission deadline for Full Papers is November 14, 2011. The Technical Program Committee reserves the right to withdraw presentations from the program if the full paper has not been received by that date.

The Technical Program Committee (TPC) invites the submission of 300 to 400-word abstracts of papers for presentation during the Conference.

Abstract submissions must clearly address one of the session topics listed (Sessions A1 through D4); also the Session for which the abstract is being submitted must be clearly indicated on the face of the abstract.

The TPC will review all submitted abstracts and select the papers to be presented. The TPC reserves the right to select papers for presentation or to reassign papers to different sessions.

For detailed instructions on formatting and submission of abstracts click on Authors' Information.

The deadline for submission of abstracts is as noted in Important Dates (right).

Invited Papers
Should you feel that your paper can appropriately be considered as an Invited Paper for a particular session, please so indicate on the face of the abstract – and so advise the TPC organizers at the earliest possible moment.
